"To be fair, there were a few..."
To be fair, there were a few useful parts, but overall the curriculum felt a bit outdated to me. The materials just weren’t as strong or current as I expected, and I think a refresh would make the experience a lot better.

"Support was underwhelming"
They technically answered my questions, I guess, but the whole thing felt rushed and kind of half-hearted. It was like they were just trying to get me out of the way instead of actually helping. I expected a lot more support for my kid, not some bare-minimum, box-checking response

"Scheduling was a bit of a hassle"
I had a hard time switching my appointment time when something came up, which was frustrating. It worked out in the end, I guess, but I wish the process had been easier

"My counselor was really helpful with my college..."
My counselor was really helpful with my college applications and gave me good feedback on what to fix. The only thing was scheduling got kinda messy sometimes, so that was a little frustrating. Overall tho, it helped alot.

"A little pricey, but it helped"
I’ll be honest, I spent a bit more than I was originally hoping to, but after seeing my kid go through the classes and practice tests, I felt like it was worth it. The structure seemed to really help, and it gave them more confidence going into the test.

"Really patient instructors"
We had a really good experience with KD College Prep. The instructors were super patient, which I appreciated a lot, and my kid did too. They explained things in a way that actually clicked, and if someone had a question, they never made it weird or made anyone feel dumb. That matters. You can just tell they know what they’re doing, but they’re also approachable, which isn’t always easy to find.

"I mostly used KD College Prep for the..."
I mostly used KD College Prep for the practice tests, those were really useful. They felt close to the real thing, which helped me feel a lot more prepared. But then the feedback afterward was just okay. Sometimes it helped, but other times it felt kind of vague and I was left thinking, “So what am I actually supposed to work on?” The staff was nice and easy to deal with, so that was a plus. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience at all, but I also wasn’t blown away. The practice tests were great, the review part could definitely be better.

"Score improved a bit, but I was hoping for more"
My kid’s score did go up a little after using KD College Prep, so I wouldn’t say it was a waste or anything. The teachers seemed nice enough, and the materials were generally okay from what I could tell.
That said, for the amount of time and money we put into it, I guess I expected a bigger improvement. It felt a little repetitive at times and maybe not as personalized as we were hoping. It might work better for some students, but for us, the score increase was modest.
